Stones

The mushroom stones, discovered in the Guatemalan highlands and dating back over 2,000 years, are the strongest evidence to suggest the ritualistic usage of hallucinogenic mushrooms across pre-Columbian Mesoamerican civilizations. These enigmatic and deeply personal relics marked the start of my sculpting journey, where I taught myself the craft by studying the archeology and visual aesthetics of the ancient Maya and Olmec.
